. Skilled craftsmen finish the linen fabric with indigo dye and apply the pattern by hand printing.
Discharge dyeing, which involves bleaching and dyeing the indigo blue fabric, is a very difficult dyeing method as it is prone to bleeding of the pattern and unevenness in the print's shade, and is also affected by temperature and humidity. However,
this allows the dye to penetrate the fabric thoroughly, expressing the dynamic expression of the tigers down to the smallest detail and creating a lively finish.
Furthermore, the intricate pattern matching, which makes it difficult to discern the pocket placement at first glance, is something that only this craftsman could achieve.

The fabric is layered and the seams are reinforced with double-needle rolled seams to increase their strength.
The rolled seams, made with cotton thread and chain stitching, will develop puckering between the stitches as worn, resulting in a more vintage look as the garment ages.
Coconut buttons, which go well with linen material, are used for the buttons.
